believe that we are now close to at least near
term lows in the biotech area. Tuesday,
November 21, 2000 Biotechs: With bullish
signals today on 9 of the 12 stocks that we
cover in this industry, we are looking for
them to turn up shortly. However, the |

signals on the biotechs are not as strong as
those developing in the computer and
semiconductor sectors, and as such, the rise in
biotechs may be either weaker or shorter-lived
than in other areas of high tech.
Monday, November 20,2000: Although
biotech is still pretty much the best performing
industry for this year, it has recently broken
through major support, and the mixed signals
that we have on these stocks are not that
strong. Although this sector is likely to
participate in any major upmove, we do not look
at biotechs for leadership in this move.
