Thursday, February 22, 2001:
Buy. While we did not get our
"traditional" buy signals on this
sector, chart work reveals that almost every
financial stock we follow exhibited the
behavior of a one day reversal today,
including financials indices. The sector
dropped over 15% from our last sell signal
at

the beginning of January to today's low, and
bounced off of both it's 200 day moving average
and what has been a strong support area since
last October (and which it has yet to violate to
the downside). As such, we believe this
sector has likely seen it's low for the near
term and will be headed up shortly.
